How it stays live
Portfolio Solutions v11 is the master. When its state changes at a bar close, TradingView posts the new state to the SeasonalEDGE receiver, which validates it, keeps an audit copy and publishes it here. The conviction matrix is recomputed every US trading morning. The dashboard is read-only telemetry: nothing on it places or authorizes an order.
